Role reversal

Roles are reversed right now...

I think it is funny that this year my boss is in Asia and last year I was in Asia. But he is going to China after three days in Seoul. Last year, I spent 12 days in Japan and 7 days in Seoul. Though it was cold, I had a blast in both places! It is always great to get away. But my trip was longer than his will be total number of days away from the office.

I forwarded to my boss my notes and research before I went to Seoul. I hope he is able to glean something from it. I know he is not much of a museum goer and with his kids he is limited to what he can do. I know his wife adores shopping and is an expert bargain hunter. I told him they had to go to Namdaemun. It is the place where all the wholesalers go to shop. It is always busy and hectic and the place to go if you don't want to deal with department store prices.

I am envious he can have a lot of great Korean food! YUMMY! Jealous! Plus the holiday cakes there are good, the Jeju Island mandarin oranges are in season. I have a lot of great memories from hanging out in Korea with my friend YJKim and her husband YJKim.
